fckeditor image insertion when editing. (Technics)

My version phpsqlite 2.0 beta1 fckeditor 2.6.5. No installation problems.
How to insert image when editing a new page or modifying an old.
How to solve: This connector is disabled. Please check the "editor/filemanager/connectors/php/config.php" file.
Where to put the inserted images ( not the gallery) .
