move the custom functions to a seperate file (Features)

Just a small suggestion. I think it would be a good idea to move custom functions to a separate file. That way, if custom_function is set in Advanced Settings, the file includes/functions.custom.inc.php can be included. That is what I use now but it would be nice to include this feature in the release so that every web developer can benefit.
