Transfer data from SQLite from android to SQLite in server (General)

hi

I want to Transfer data from SQLite from android to SQLite in server.

I've never done this before and I've never used SQLite before

Can someone tell me the best and easiest way to do this

the data I'm collecting is transferred from a sensor to an android via Bluetooth (already done that), Now I want to transfer is from the SQLite on my android to the SQLite on my server so I can present it on my website
